The Tank - A Fully Operational Comedy Walkabout Act

Here she is boys, the tank that’s going to entertain your event. 200kg of non stop thrilling power that will stop your guests dead in their tracks. Crewed by the “Who’s Army” boys General Motors and Private Parts. With this Mechanical Marvel we have really brought out the big guns. It’s armed with silly props, a working sound system with many funny sound effects and a fully working confetti cannon.

The Tank is an all terrain vehicle, so long as that terrain is mostly flat. Its competent opperators will be sure to overcome any obstacle, just as soon as they’ve finished their tea break. This comedy act is guarenteed to be the talking point of your event. From the realism of the prop to the wittiness of the performers this act has proven popular with people of all ages.

Perfect for many themes including: Military, Toys, Classic car / motorc Steampunk, 1930’s – 40’s, British, and Historical.

Our costs are as follows:

For the tank the price is £960 (excluding VAT)+ 50p a mile from Bristol for travel.

This price is for either 3 x 30 minute sets OR 2 x 45 minute sets OR a single 1 hour long set.

Tech Requirements

The operating size of the tank 1mH x 1mW x 2mL

Can be performed in large indoor spaces or outdoors anywhere where it is suitable to operate a mobility scooter.

For most legal purposes the tank acts as

Can drive well on tarmac, flat cut grass, some rough ground if dry. Gravel, long
grass and mud are problematic. Cannot go through single doorways or up stairs – struggles on some steep slopes.

For UK events we travel in a medium height MWB panel van. The vehicles length is 5 meters and the height is 2.5 meters. We will need suitable parking for this vehcle at the event and the ability to unload at the costume boxes at the venue at the very least if nearby parking is not possible.

Light refreshments to be provided throughout the day. Water is necessary. If we are on site for 5 or more hours we need a hot meal provided.
