Witty Military walkabout act with a working mini tank
Here she is boys, the mini tank that’s going to entertain your event. 200kg of non stop thrilling power that will stop your guests dead in their tracks.
Crewed by the “Who’s Army” boys General Motors and Private Parts – this Mechanical Marvel really brings out the big guns. It’s armed with silly props, a working sound system with many funny sound effects and a fully working confetti cannon.
The Tank is an all terrain vehicle, so long as that terrain is mostly flat. Its competent operators will be sure to overcome any obstacle, just as soon as they’ve finished their tea break. This comedy act is guaranteed to be the talking point of your event.
From the realism of the prop and attention to detail, to the wittiness of the performers, this act has proven popular with people of all generations.
Perfect for many themes including: Military themed events, Toys, Classic car / motor, Steampunk, 1930’s – 40’s, “Best of British”, and Historical.

Your Mini Tank Act Booking - What to Expect
We appreciate that you may never have hired a mini tank before – here you can find a brief run-down of what to expect on the day of your event. You can also find a full method statement, risk assessment, and tech requirements at the bottom of the page.
Mini Tank Arrival and Setup:
We generally arrive between an hour and two hours before the start of our first performance. This is to ensure there is plenty of time to get unpacked and the tank assembled, as well as identify any potential obstacles to using the prop in the performance space.
Once set up in our changing area we are ready to roll out at a moment’s notice.
The Mini Tank Performances:
We generally offer 30 or 45 minute performance sets – you can see our full range of options in the pricing section below.
We appreciate that some events might want our characters in place at a specific time (such as guests arriving) and we will always look to accommodate this; we encourage you to bring this up at the time of booking.
Our mini tank is fully mobile and can cover most flat-ish terrain.
Our performers interact with your guests, pose for photos, and generally draw eyes wherever they drive. We have several static skits we perform in certain situations or when we draw a crowd.
Depending on the size and nature of your event we will shift focus towards either doing more skits or covering more ground – whichever fits best.
The tank has a sound system in the back and comes loaded with a range of thematic music and sound effects.
What we require on the day:
This is a brief run-down of the main things we’ll need in order to make your event a success. You can download a full copy of our tech requirements at the bottom of the page.
- Our performers will require a suitable space to change into their costumes and to leave their belongings. This space should also function as an area the performers can relax in between sets. It doesn’t need to be fancy, but it does need to be fit for purpose – warm, dry, separate from the public.
- The prop will need a safe place to be left in between performances – anywhere with wheelchair access is fine. This area should have no public access as we’ve found people like to snoop and may potentially damage the prop. We have a gazebo we can provide but please request in advance if required.
- If the event is multiple days we will require a place to charge the tank batteries; this will require a Type-G plug (a plain ‘ol British plug socket)
- All performance areas must have wheelchair access. The tank struggles on uneven terrain and steep hills but we can often muddle through if there is no alternative.
- We will require water to be provided at all events, tea and coffee making facilities are always appreciated. If the event is longer than 5 hours then a hot meal must be provided or alternatively suitable per diems.
- We will require parking for one van.
