Our costs are as follows: 

For two trees (most popular) the price is £960 (excluding VAT)+ 50p a mile from Bristol for travel.

For a solo tree the cost is £600 (excluding VAT)+ 50p a mile from Bristol for travel.

For four trees the price is £1920 (excluding VAT) + 50p a mile from Bristol for travel.

All prices are for either 3 x 30 minute sets OR 2 x 45 minute sets OR a single 1 hour long set.

The trees working height is approximately 3 meters.

Ideally to perform outside or in a large events space with at least 4 meters height clearance within the performance area.

We require at least 30 minutes rest in between sets.

Our costumes and equipment come in large boxes which need to have in our dressing area. 

The boxes dimensions are 1220mm x 915mm x 765mm per tree. 

We need a secure space to keep these at the venue with a clear walkway between the dressing area and performance space.

For UK events we travel in a medium height MWB panel van. The vehicles length is 5 meters and the height is 2.5 meters. We will need suitable parking for this vehcle at the event and the ability to unload at the costume boxes at the venue at the very least if nearby parking is not possible.

Light refreshments to be provided throughout the day. Water is necessary. If we are on site for 5 or more hours we need a hot meal provided.

We may require a small amount of assistance putting on the final parts of the costume from someone at the event.

For longer bookings it is appreciated to have an opportunity to do maintenance on the costumes. Some time in a well lit room with power to check the stilts are still safe and operational. Also to do minor repairs and embellishments.
